1. Services

These terms govern all photography, videography, creative direction, and related services provided by Toby Wright (“I”, “me”, “my”). By booking or commissioning any service you agree to these terms in full.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required to secure a booking date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled session. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received in cleared funds.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with more than 14 days' notice will receive a full refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit and any additional payments made. Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability; no additional fee is charged for one reschedule with 14+ days' notice.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

I retain full copyright in all photographs and video content I create. Upon receipt of final payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for the agreed purpose (personal or commercial as specified at time of booking). Resale, re-licensing, or modification of images without written consent is prohibited.

5. Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, images may not be used in advertising campaigns, stock libraries, or any commercial context beyond what was specified at booking. Extended or commercial licensing is available — please ask for a quote.

6. Portfolio & Promotion

I reserve the right to use images from any session in my portfolio, website, and social media channels for the purpose of promoting my work unless you expressly request otherwise in writing before the session takes place.

7. Delivery

Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe discussed at the time of booking (typically 2–4 weeks for photography sessions). Delivery timelines for commercial and video projects are agreed individually. Galleries expire after 90 days; please download your files promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

In the event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will make every effort to fulfil the booking or arrange a suitable alternative photographer. My liability is limited to a refund of fees paid; I am not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
